Check Eligibility
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that swimwear and undergarments are final sale for hygienic reasons.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any Canada Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
